Quick answer: there are four ways to drink hemp THC, and they are not interchangeable. Ready-to-drink seltzers are the easiest: open and drink, 5 to 10mg per can. Enhancers are concentrated drops you add to any drink, which gives you control over dose. Mixers and syrups are for making batches or cocktails. Alcohol-removed wine with THC is its own thing entirely. If you are new to this, start with a seltzer at 5mg. If you already know your dose, an enhancer is more economical per serving.
This guide covers all four formats, what is actually in each product we carry, how to pace yourself, and how the legality question really works right now.
The four formats, explained plainly
1. Ready-to-drink seltzers. A can with a measured dose already in it. No mixing, no measuring, no math. Ours run 5mg to 10mg of hemp-derived THC per 12 ounce can. This is the format to choose if you want to stop thinking about dosing and just have a drink.
2. Beverage enhancers. A small bottle of concentrated THC, CBD or a blend that you add to whatever you are already drinking. The advantage is control: you decide how strong your drink is, and you can use a seltzer, a juice, a tea, or a mocktail as the base. The catch is that you have to measure, and the label tells you exactly how.
3. Mixers and syrups. Higher volume, multi-serving products built for making several drinks at once. Our Cosmic Elixir is 169mg per bottle, which is clearly not a single serving. These are for hosting, or for people who want a THC version of a cocktail program.
4. Alcohol-removed wine with THC. Wine with the alcohol taken out and a measured amount of THC and CBD put in. It drinks like wine, pours like wine, and lands somewhere else. Ours is 4mg THC and 2mg CBD per serving.
What is actually in each product
Potency is where most guides get vague. Here are the real numbers from our product labels, because dose is the entire decision.
| Product | Format | Per serving | Per container | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sparkling seltzers (Blood Orange, Blueberry Lemonade, Mandarine Lime, Yuzu Lychee) | Ready to drink | 5 to 10mg THC depending on flavor | One 12oz can | $7.50 |
| Variety 4-Pack | Ready to drink | 5 to 10mg THC per can, mixed flavors | 4 cans | $19.99 |
| KureLeaf Seltzers (Energy, Focus, Heal) | Ready to drink | Check label per formula | Multi-pack | $21.99 |
| Bait and SwiTHC alcohol-removed wine | Wine | 4mg THC + 2mg CBD | 20mg THC per bottle | $29.99 |
| Max Compliance D9 Enhancer | Enhancer | 5mg D9 THC | 150mg (30 servings) | $40.00 |
| CBD Beverage Enhancer | Enhancer | 20mg CBD | 600mg (30 servings) | $33.69 |
| Delta 8GO High Tolerance Enhancer | Enhancer | 30mg Delta 8 | 900mg (30 servings) | $46.81 |
| Delta 8GO Focus and Sleep Enhancers | Enhancer | Check label per formula | Multi-serving | $40.00 |
| Cosmic Elixir THC Mixer | Mixer | Not a single serving | 169mg THC per bottle | $49.99 |
| Nano D9 THC Simple Syrup | Syrup | Check label | Multi-serving | $14.99 |
Two honest notes on that table. First, the seltzer range is 5 to 10mg depending on flavor, so read the can before you assume. Second, any row marked "check label" is a case where the formula varies by variant and we would rather point you at the label than guess.
How to choose by occasion
| Your situation | Buy this | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Never tried a THC drink | Single seltzer at 5mg | Fixed dose, nothing to measure, $7.50 to find out |
| Drinking socially, want to pace | Variety 4-Pack | Mixed strengths let you step up without opening a new format |
| Replacing a glass of wine | Bait and SwiTHC | Wine ritual, alcohol removed, 4mg per serving |
| You know your dose already | An enhancer | Cheapest per serving by a wide margin |
| Hosting a party | Cosmic Elixir or syrup | Multi-serving, make a pitcher, let guests choose strength |
| You want CBD without THC | CBD Beverage Enhancer | 20mg CBD per serving, add to anything |
| Your tolerance is high | Delta 8GO High Tolerance | 30mg per serving, designed for people who are not new |
Pacing: the part that actually matters
Edible and drinkable THC does not work like inhaling. It is processed through the digestive system, which means a slower onset and a longer duration. Anyone who has had a bad time with edibles had it because they treated a 30 minute wait like a 3 minute wait and took more.
Practical guidance, and none of this is medical advice:
- Pick your dose and wait a full hour before deciding anything. Most people report first sensations somewhere between 20 and 60 minutes on a drink, with the peak later than that. If you are impatient at minute 30, you are at the wrong point on the curve.
- Start lower than you think you need. 5mg is a sensible first drink for most adults. If you take 30mg your first time because you have a friend who does, that is how bad evenings happen.
- One format at a time. Do not have a seltzer, then top it up with an enhancer, then move to wine. You lose track of your dose, which is the only variable you control.
- Eat something. An empty stomach changes how fast things hit. It is not dangerous, it is just harder to predict.
- Keep water nearby. Dry mouth is the most common complaint with these products and it has an easy fix.
- Do not drive. This is obvious but it belongs in writing. Hemp-derived THC is still THC. Operating a vehicle or machinery after drinking these is not acceptable.
How these compare to alcohol
Most of our beverage customers are not cannabis people trying alcohol alternatives. They are people who want a drink in their hand at a social occasion without the alcohol. That is the honest positioning and it is why the alcohol-removed wine exists in the lineup.
What we can say factually: these products contain no alcohol, so there is no alcohol hangover and no alcohol calorie load. What we will not claim is that they are "healthy" or risk free. THC is a psychoactive compound with real effects, and it affects people differently. Treat it with the same respect you would give a strong drink.
The legality question, honestly
This is the part where most articles oversimplify, and the oversimplification is what gets people in trouble.
Federal rules for hemp-derived cannabinoids changed in November 2025, including a total-THC definition that covers THCa and limits on THC per container for specified finished products. Some portions of that framework were delayed, and December 11, 2026 is a delayed implementation date, not a scheduled vote. State rules sit on top of the federal layer and vary widely, and states have been actively changing them through 2026.
What this means for you practically: do not assume a product that ships to your state is treated the same as it was a year ago, and do not assume a product you bought legally is legal to resell or transport across a state line. Check your own state's current rules, and check our state legality guide which we keep updated with counsel review. We verify shipping eligibility at checkout and we do not ship where the product is prohibited.
We are a retailer, not your lawyer. If you are buying for commercial resale, get your own advice.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a THC drink take to work?
Most people report feeling something within 20 to 60 minutes, with effects building after that. Drinks are generally faster than solid edibles because the liquid is absorbed more quickly, but they are still slower than inhaling. Wait a full hour before taking more.
How many mg should I start with?
5mg is the sensible starting point for most adults. Our seltzers run 5 to 10mg per can depending on flavor, so check the label if you want the lower end.
Is a THC drink stronger than a gummy?
Not necessarily stronger, but often faster to come on because it is liquid. Dose for dose, the experience is comparable, the timeline is not.
Can I mix an enhancer into alcohol?
We do not recommend it and we do not describe these as alcohol mixers. Combining THC with alcohol makes the effects harder to predict and impairs you more than either alone. The enhancers are meant for non-alcoholic bases: seltzer, juice, tea, mocktails.
Do these show up on a drug test?
Assume yes. Hemp-derived THC is THC, and standard tests do not distinguish between sources. If you are subject to testing, treat these like any other THC product.
What is the difference between Delta 8 and Delta 9 here?
They are different cannabinoids with different potency profiles. Our Delta 8GO line is Delta 8 and runs higher per serving. The Max Compliance and seltzer products are Delta 9. If you are sensitive, Delta 9 at 5mg is the gentler starting point.
Do the seltzers need refrigeration?
They are shelf stable before opening. Chill them because they taste better cold, not because they require it.
Which one tastes best?
The Yuzu Lychee is the most distinctive and the Mandarine Lime is the easiest crowd pleaser. The Variety 4-Pack exists precisely because this is subjective.
Where to buy
All of it ships free, no minimum, in discreet packaging. Start with the Variety 4-Pack at $19.99 if you are new, the Bait and SwiTHC at $29.99 if you want the wine ritual without alcohol, or the CBD Beverage Enhancer at $33.69 if you want to add CBD to drinks you already make.
